Water Glycol Heaters
Like other heat transfer fluid heating applications, UNIFLUX® heaters are used for heating water glycol solutions. When lower temperature heating applications are required, water glycol solutions can be used as a heat transfer media to a secondary process fluid. Applications for water glycol heater can be extensive and include LNG vaporizing, dewpoint gas heating application and many other applications. Typically, water glycol heaters are incorporated when the ultimate process temperature is heated from low temperature to medium temperatures less than 300°F.
UNIFLUX® Water Glycol Heater Features
- Convection heat transfer resulting in a uniform heat transfer flux rate
- Predictable tube wall temperatures without hot spots
- Short flame burner prevents tube flame impingement
- Low-pressure drop
- Close temperature control under rapid cycling service
- Rapid response to heat load requirements
- Low NOx rapid mixing forced draft burner design
