  Exotherm Corporation is the manufacturer of the Uniflux® brand heater.  This heater is very versatile, and is useful in a great many applications.  Uniflux heaters are well known as reliable hot oil heaters and heat transfer fluid heaters.  Uniflux heaters are exceptional in the role of regeneration gas heaters.  Uniflux heaters are useful for superheating steam, or for heating nearly any other chemical stream - they function well as nearly any sort of process heater.  Exotherm can provide direct and indirect fired air heaters.  Perhaps you have a fluid that is very thermally sensitive.  That is no problem:  the Uniflux heater uses gentle convection heating, and can heat nearly any liquid or gas.  Exotherm is also the maker of the Q-Pak heater, which has been employed with great success as an oil tool test heater.

Uniflux heaters are offered in size ranges from one quarter million to 50 million Btu/Hr output and have the capability to burn most gaseous fuels and light fuel oils. In certain cases we can build heaters outside of this range. With fuel efficient designs using economizers, efficiencies as high as 94% can be achieved.  Uniflux heaters can heat nearly all fluids and gases to 1700°F.
