The unique convective heat transfer design of the Uniflux® heater eliminates the possibility of flame impingement on the process tubes and provides a completely uniform flux density around the periphery of each tube.  This uniform heat flux reduces fluid degradation and prolongs the life of the heat transfer fluid.  Shop assembled with all controls and instrumentation for automatic, safe and reliable operation.

Exotherm has a long history of making safe and reliable heat transfer fluid heaters.  If necessary, Exotherm can design and provide a pump skid for use with the thermal fluid heater.  Pump skids with single pumps, or with one or more installed spares are available.
